Beautiful comfortable well appointed room was an oasis in a vibrant city. Club floor included light meal and drinks at 5:30 followed by an amazing breakfast buffet in the morning. My only complaint: no hot water in the early morning when I had a plane to catch. The staff responded quickly and saw that the temperature was too low (he brought a digital thermometer). The system slowly rebounded to enable a shower using only the hot tap to produce a slightly warm shower. No idea what cause it but it didnt spoil my stay.
Here is where the staff helped beyond any reasonable expectation. My airline wouldn’t allow me to pay for my baggage on their website. I had very little time to do so without incurring a several hundred dollar surcharge. When I called, they wouldn’t accept a credit card issued in the Inited States. To pay in cash when I got to the airport would invite a tenfold increase in the cost. The amazing front desk employee came to my rescue.
