So when I booked this hotel as a pet friendly hotel, I was not informed that there was a $30 pet fee per pet! Outrageous plus a $50 refundable deposit I was informed when I checked in and did not have the monies on me to pay $140 for the pets! The receptionist said that’s fine. I will wave the fees and I hope I don’t get in trouble! All I had available was $38.94 which she took as the total then proceeded to tell the new receptionist that I did not pay! I am not happy! On top of that one of my dogs is a service dog that does not have to be notified that she’s a service dog. I was informed that my response to the question of.(WHAT TASK DOES YOUR SERVICE DOG PERFORM?) as I began to speak the morning management informed me that my response was not an ADA response! She would not let me speak to what the dog did. I was trying to let her know that my service dog alerts me when my oxygen is low, when I am about to have a panic attack, or my anxiety is increasing, all I got out was that she alerts me when my oxygen is low,! I was interrupted immediately and not able to finish speaking to inform her that for the oxygen she licks the back of my ear, and for the panic attacks and anxiety, she gets on me whether I’m standing or sitting and lanes towards me to calm my panic attacks or anxiety I will be calling the ADA to make sure what the appropriate response for a disabled handler to speak when I asked what task she performs! The management 06/04/26 no respect!!!.
