Not clean. Room smelled like mildew. Two plug ins in entire room. Bugs in the room this will be my first and last stay

The room was filthy. Dead bugs littered the floor. The sheets were threadbare and stained. The tub was so dirty it turned the water black the first time I ran it. The TV had no remote. The fridge hadn't been defrosted in so long it was sealed shut with a massive of ice, which also took up most of the space in it. The room Smelled of cigarette smoke. The service was little better. When I arrived to check in, they claimed to have no reservation for me. They eventually conceded after much back and forth and I repearedly providing multiple forms of confirmation, but it was a long hassle just to get checked in. No one ever came by to clean over the four days I was there, despite my requests. You'd be better off just sleeping in the airport lobby or pitching a tent by the side of the road rather than staying here.

Horrible experience. There was no cleanliness nor good conditions of the room and hotel overall. Very rude people, apart from a lady that works the front desk really early in the morning… she was really nice!!!

I didnt like the smell in the lobby or the strip lights in the room. The bathroom looked like the bathtub had been refinished poorly and not cleaned behind the bathroom door. The pool looked like it hadn't been open for years. There were bricks in the bottom with no water. We arrived about 1:00 and she did let us check in use til 3:00. When leaving the parking lot the road was so busy that you had to wait forever before you could make a right turn. You couldn't turn left from there because of the center median. There was no way to use the chain lock on the door. The curtains could have been wider. The couch was filthy. The bed is hard.

Nice hotel close to the airport.

It was a nice, clean room with a good radio to listen to the football game preshow before heading down to downtown Knoxville for the Tennessee football game. The price was resonable and it was well worth the time for this hotel.

Beyond being dilapidated, the chunk of hair stuck in the door hinge, bugs under the bed, and hair on the sheets were too much for me.

Ok for what i needed at the time

I arrived late so for what i needed it was ok. Not the worst and not the best. I left early so it served its purpose but Im not sure i would stay there again or for an extensive time.

Convenient and budget friendly

Everything was great for an overnight. Just a bit old and the bedspread in my nonsmoking room had a cigarette burn hole in it and the lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly, but definitely nothing that would make me unwilling to stay again.
