The staff is extremely rude, starting with the shuttle service they offer from the airport to the hotel. The driver, who is already an elderly man, was extremely rude and clearly hates his job. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were attended by a blonde woman with short hair, who was also extremely rude and seemed to have a lot of anger toward her job. After check-in, we tried to enter our room but the key card wasnāt working. We went back to the reception to inform them, and once again she was extremely impolite, questioning why we couldnāt enter the room. She reprogrammed the cards, and as soon as we turned our backs, we heard her insulting us under her breath. I honestly donāt know how someone like that can have a job in hospitality.
We stayed at this hotel for 7 days. The only positive point is the cleanliness of the place. Even though the hotel is old and the furniture is outdated, the cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast is also good, but one thing to note is that for some reason the staff constantly kept opening our room door. They entered my room by mistake at least twice a day, which was very strange.
Overall, the experience was extremely bad. The only positive points are the cleanliness and the breakfast. Another observation: in the hotel description it says pets are allowed, but if you bring your pet, be prepared for negative looks.
