Staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. We had problems with the hot water and were moved to another room. There are no carts for luggage so we had to basically repack to move down the hall.
In the new room, the electricity on one side of the room was out unless the bathroom light was on. The first night we slept with the bathroom light on so we could charge our devices (the door allowed light to shine through) so our room was bright.
When we called in the morning, they said an engineer would look at it but he left at 2. No one ever called or told us it was not going to be fixed that day so they offered to put us in another room. We declined because there was no cart and it was too late-so again we slept with the light on.
The area surrounding the hotel was very loud with sirens and cars bringing prisoners in to court in the morning.
