Rooms were clean. No breakfast. You have to go to the Bistro to order and pay for food to be served as breakfast. That didn't look good for a hotel as reputable as Marriot especially considering the price that was paid for the room, $230 before tax per night. I could have gotten a better service for a lesser amount at another hotel. If there was a common breakfast lounge and guests are asked to pay for it, it would have a better look. Not the way this was setup. It did affect the comfort of me and my other guests. Very poor business planning by the hotel. I would never book that hotel if I have another opportunity. It has affected my whole perception of Marriot hotel. Not the brand I used to know.
