Checking in I was met by Gary at the front desk. Very professional and polite. Had an issue with parking and he asked the manager Emma to explain the policy to me. She was very nice and although the third party site I booked from didn't mention pay for parking, Emma was able to work out a solution that was acceptable to everyone, and did it with a smile. Tiffany was also at the front desk and even laughed at my jokes while we were finalizing the transaction. Also, ate a late night snack at the bar one night and again the staff was wonderful. Finally, the manager(?) was serving donuts one morning in the lobby and brought a smile to my Mom's face as he was so gracious and polite. We were in town for a funeral of a very very close family friend. Our stay was not for enjoyment, but your team certainly made a difficult time easier.
Now, the reason I did not give 5 stars was our room (308) had several items that needed to be addressed by maintenance. The doors separating the sitting area from the bedroom were off the track so we couldn't close them. The toilet needed adjusted because it ran constantly and the sink stopper was missing. Finally, the shower faucet dripped unless you turned the handle very very hard to the off position. All small things, but after the third or fourth one they added up. Again, we had a good stay under difficult circumstances but your staff is top notch.
