The room was a good size and having two bathrooms was very convenient. It is an old hotel so there are obvious wear and tear. However, I didn't understand why the sheets on the bottom where the mattress box is had rips and holes around it. And, the night stand was sticky as if it wasn't properly cleaned.
The location was very convenient. The gondolas were less than a 5 minute walk away as well as the shops and restaurants.
My biggest complaint is when I removed the privacy sign, housekeeping didn't come in to clean the room, take out the trash, or bring in new towel and toiletry. I was not feeling well that day and i had to go to the front desk 3 times before they sent clean towels. If housekeeping or front desk would pick up the phone, I wouldn't have to keep going downstairs. I called them more than ten times and no one picks up.
