This place is far from friendly. The front desk woman with short hair is so unprofessional. Popping her gum while talking to you, has an attitude for absolutely no reason, was not accommodating at all either. I booked a double queen size bed and when we asked for more towels they said only 2 were allowed per room. How ridiculous !! Nobody explain the parking situation as well ($50 per day). I will never go back to this place.

Bad experience
Expected more from this brand. USD 24.00 for a breakfast os not worth, can get same breakfast for half in orher hotels. Room cleaning did not replace showel gel, so i had to get it at receiption by myself. Calling bell captain did not work, nobody answered the phone.Bed was just made, bathroom was not touched just towel replaced. Room maid did not understand, neither English, nor Spanish, just questioning eyes

Poor Service
I tried to call the operator and front desk several times. No one answered had to go downstairs. Leaky shower, AC Noise. I ironed my short and there was debris on iron ruined my shirt. I asked for an iron asap, waited an hour and no iron. I went down to the desk to make second request. Staff at front desk was very nice. The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. I stayed two nights, I went to front desk to have my room cleaned, it didnt happen. Overall , there is a disconnect between front desk and operations.

Nightmare
I was not pleased with my stay. I was there on a couple vacation and the first room I was placed in was discussing. The shower had mold in the tub and the ceiling. Water damage on the wall. White solution stains on the carpet. Mold smell in the room. Stains on the sheets. Mold on the balcony door. And dirt/trash in the hallway right by the front door. I then was moved to another room that wasnāt as bad but was still nasty. The maids never came and brought new wash clothes or towels. We had to go downstairs to get them. I ended up staying in my boyfriend room and not using mine at all. The elevators wasnāt working most of the time. Maintenance had to take you to your floor because the key cards wasnāt working. The pool was closed our entire stay. The valet parking was a nightmare. I was late to most of my appointments and reservations because they never bough the car in a timely manner. One time they lost our keys and didnāt know who had them. Overall I was very disappointed with my stay.

Booked this hotel for the rooftop pool. During check in was told pool was open from 7p-10p. Went to the pool and it was closed and water was drained. Clearly it wasn't open! A/C didnt work properly which left the room humid. Sheets had holes and tears in them and stains on the comforter. No mini fridge. Noise in downtown is terrible at night and echoes through the whole area. Hotel halls and elevators had strong odors of Marijuana. Will definitely be avoiding this hotel and downtown area in the future.

A tired hotel, had to change room on arrival as room was dirty and damp, walls stained with what appeared to be vomit.
Coffee bar had no fresh milk day one and NO fresh milk day 2, unbelievable, staff seemed totally unphased by this

Fabulous Staff but Needs Repairs
The staff is amazing! Very accomodating and friendly. They have a great, welcoming personality!
Unfortunately the property is outdated and needs many repairs. There is red mold in the shower grout. The shower in my room was slippery and the water pressure was very weak. It was an "assist" room and I would not recommend it for someone that really needs a "safe" room to shower.
I slipped in the shower and hurt my shoulder on the last day. They do not supply a bath mat unless asked to do so. I asked after the first night and then it was not repeated the third night when I arrived back from work. I had a hard time navigating the bathroom "experience."
The sink faucet was broken and the light was flickering. They fixed the light, and then it began to flicker again the last night. I did not mention the faucet because I didn't want the hassle and I felt that I complained enough. I worked through it.
I like the location to the Marta. And the rate was very low but it goes up in January and I would not pay $100+ more for this experience. I which I could take the staff and put them in another location...They were great!

First visit to Atlanta
My first to Atlanta. I chose the place due to its close proximity to the MARTA subway, walking distance to the Varsity, and the fact that I could spot it from a distance away. I liked the fact it was also near major attractions like Fox Theater and The Margaret Mitchell House.

No sheets - no service - wont fix - AVOID
Barely know where to start.
In my 30yrs of travel i have never had an experience as bad as this one.
Check in 2pm wasnt possible. Which is ok. At 8pm i could stand in a 45 mins line to finally get my assigned room. Open the door: No bed sheets, no towels, no toilet paper, hairs on the floor, clothing labels; nothing cleaned. It happens. Perhaps. Went downstairs . Another 30 min line. Someone will come up asap. 45 mins later: nobody. Call again. Someone will be sent up. Call once more and finally someone appeared with a ball of laundered half wet sheets. No pillow sheets just a comforter and a fitted sheet. Next day 9am ask for full servicing was guaranteed will be dont . 4pm went to check.. no sheets! Asked for full service again. Really losing patience and understanding.. 1am return to the hotel after dinner 100% expecting to have received any kind of service. Nope. Felicia at the front desk did not/ could not tell us the room had been services and according to Felicia we shouldnt come to the counter first without checking if it was actually done. So one of us went upstairs to check and guess what? No sheets no service. At this point its passed 1:30am. Felicia didnt like to hear a complaint, which caused felicia to call security.
All she could do for us is to tell us to come back the nxt day 8am and talk to head of housekeep.
Security was polite and understanding we were not happy. Finally we paid $40 to the valet guy who arranges us some fitted sheets in ~2mins.

Trip was just ok
The pool was out of order the first day we got there and it remain out of order the air conditioner wouldnāt cool the room down pass 73.
