1st off Iām in hotels 2-3 times per month due to the nature of my job. 95% of the time, I am satisfied and I am not picky since I donāt need fancy hotels, but this weekends service was lousy.
1st, I never received my wake up call and that could have caused me to miss my work morning event.
Secondly, I come back to my room late on Saturday night and see that the bath tub has some back sewage so the hotel has to move me to another room.
I never asked for a refund, because I donāt want to be seen or viewed as a customer wanting to milk the system, so I didnātā¦ā¦..but I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that neither one of the front desk employees offered me a free night for the future or simply como my stay. Iām in a customer service field, and this was one of those instances to offer that up in order to show the customer your empathy for the two unfortunate situations that your hotel and staff caused.
I donāt care to stay there again. I hope this hotel sees this review in order to realize their short comings of this weekends stay.
