The communication for the check in process was abysmal. All check in info was digital (no on site personnel). We were given 3 different time periods that we would receive the check in info/codes finally received the info an hr before check in time. Outside door code worked, room code didn’t work so had to call the customer service #. The person I spoke to was dismissive and would ask me a question then not let me talk. We prepaid for parking and parking pass was not in the room like promised. Has to call about the pass, waited almost 2 hrs for someone to arrive with it (never showed up) then had to text customer support about it to be told there was a box downstairs we could get a pass from. Where to park was not clear either. Location and price were great but the check in process needs work.
