I'm a regular customer at this hotel and i really do not like whoever has been running it. The man is not very nice and or talkative. I dont think the check in process should take as long as it does now either. I swear he scanned and typed my driver's license in the tablet thing multiple times and tkok multiple pictures of it. I literally was jjst here last weekend and went through this. Thks time he didnt asl me for my card like be did last time. I paid the same way and booked the same way through hotels.com. i just dont understand why he needs it 1 time and another time he don't. I will be looking for other motels and hotels to stay around here. Also the man needs to learn more English and speak more clear and if he can't there needs to be someone else who can. His foreign accent is horrible.

The tub has stuff all on the bottom of it.
Whatever this is under the sink not cleaned up.
There's a gap in the door and you can see through when you are in the hallway like are you really serious.

So I have stayed at this place multiple times like at least once a month sometimes twice a month. I have never had any issues before. So I always make reservations online and its just an easy process normally. Well I go to check in last night and tell the man that I have a reservation and he didnt even let me finish talking he says something and i could barely understand him cause he had that strong foreign accent and then he puts his hands like in a square and id. So I give him my id. He looks at it and takes forever with it. Like scaned it 100 times and kept looking at his screen and whatever. He then asks me for my credit card. I asked why cause I paid everything online and I have not had to do that before. He gets really weird so i give it to him and write stuff down with a pen and all he has is my card and id. That weirded me out. So he know wants me to sign some ipad thing. I again ask him is this all new cause this has never happened and I stay there a lot. Also the man who was working I'd never seen or dealt with before ever. He wasnt very friendly or welcoming. Idk if they got new owners from the last ones or what bjt it jjst not the same. The last owners were friendly and knew me and were easier to understand. So I went to the room and the bathroom was dirty and mirrors were nasty the walls had something splattered on them. Never got a room from there dirty like that before.

The room this time was not very clean at all. I get its cheap but you still should clean each room no matter what the same. We stayed in the building with the office last time and this time we stayed in a room in the other building and wasn't near as nice and clean as our last room. Also the host and me was horrible still. They need better english language barrier between us was horrible. I could not understand a lot of what he said.

The room smelt of bad body odor and dirty when we arrived, let staff know, they even came and looked at room, they didn't offer another room, instead said would have it cleanded in morning. Nothing, had to check with them. When cleaners arrived, one made a comment that this is not a fancy hotel.

Are you going to get bed bugs? Probably not. Are you going to see the last guests' hairs? Probably. If you don't need a pool, coffee, gym, or alarm clock, and would like to save $100 a night compaired to other wentville motels, then this is your spot.

The door lock was broken. The dead bolt didn’t line up properly so no security. The toilet seat was only secured by one bolt, so loose The front desk’s response to these issues was “sorry about that”.

Owners have a foreign accent hard to understand

So I booked and paid for my room online. I walk inside to check in. He talks to me and i can't hardly understand what he's saying and or asking. I had handed him my ID first thing which is normally all I should of had to hand him. Well he talks some more and kind of gets rude and points to credit card machine like he needs my credit card. I told him its paid for and he insists he still needs it and then swipes it there also. I dont understand that cause I've been staying at hotels a lot and no where else has needed my credit card since its already paid and card is on file. Just didnt seem right. Then another thing is the door to get in is open 24/7 and no key is required to get in so anyone come in. Just didnt like the feeling of that either. It is well worth the money to stay though.

Property and room was adequate and a value for the price. The room was clean, although the door gapped to the hallway making noise an issue from the hallway into the room. Basic services, ice machine, clean linens, microwave and fridge in the room, limited TV channel selections. Again, value for the price and adequate.
