I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay.
When I first arrived, I immediately noticed issues with the room. The sink faucet was broken and barely attached, and the sink itself clogged almost instantly after turning the water on. Throughout the night, the air conditioner stopped working, and on top of that, the door kept rattling and making a loud, unusual noise whenever the AC was running, making it difficult to sleep.
The most concerning part of my stay happened the next morning. When I tried to leave my room, I found a ladder placed directly in front of my door, along with a large, loud hose running up it. I was essentially blocked in. I called out multiple times for assistance, but no one came. I ultimately had to squeeze past the obstruction myself, which resulted in my clothing getting dirty.
When I brought these issues to the front desk, I felt completely dismissed. My concerns were not taken seriously, and I was simply told they would be passed along, without any real acknowledgment or effort to address what had happened.
This experience fell far below expectations, both in terms of room maintenance and customer service. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements so future guests do not have a similar experience.
