The distance to Disneyland is 30 minutes without traffic not 10 minutes as their page says. The front desk staff was not friendly and did not try to help or accommodate the guests, even the directions given to our room were incorrect. The rooms had an older smell to them, the doors did not shut unless you pushed them closed firmly, and one of our rooms did not lock. One of our rooms had hot water and one did not. I find it hard to believe they are ADA approved. The elevator did not have a sensor and closed me and my niece's arm on two different accomdations. The refrigerator provided was inadequate for mediciation regulation. My niece's insulin froze no matter what setting we had it on.
We booked this hotel because it was rated 8.4 which is NOT ACCURATE. Very outdated, not close to Disneyland, and breakfast was cereal without milk, packaged danish, plain toast, waffles if there was enough waffle mix, and peach yogurt. They did serve scrambled eggs and sausage daily. Not what I was expecting for the price paid.
