As a loyal Hilton guest, I choose your hotels because I believe in the prestige, consistency, and elevated hospitality that the Hilton name represents. Unfortunately, my experience during this stay did not align with the standards I have come to expect.
I have attached several photos to this email that reflect the issues I encountered. These concerns significantly impacted the quality and comfort of my stay, and I felt they fell below the level of service and care typically upheld by Hilton.
