The room we were given did not have a door that properly locked. Thank goodness I checked. They had a very nonchalant attitude that it would be fine, did not open unless you pushed a little. Seriously?!?! Would you leave all your valuables?!?NO!!!!! Then they said ‘only hotel guests have access it should be fine’ . sorry ladies I do not have that much nativity to think someone would not get in easily, or that another person could not try that was staying. Had to switch rooms and rush. Still missed our dinner reservation with all my husbands family and had to show up quite late. We had limited time with family. Time is the most valuable commodity that you cannot replace and you wasted mine by your negligence, indifference, and incompetence. Do not think I will ever return. I am a Hilton honors member. I will not be using my Marriott bonvoy app much more. Always a good experience with them at any destination. DO BETTER.
