They didn’t clean the shower well — there was still hair from previous guests. The toilet drain was clogged, and every time you flushed, you had to hope it wouldn’t overflow. The worst part was that the fridge had black mold inside — not a small spot, but a large patch. I asked for it to be cleaned or replaced, and they did take care of it the next day.
What was nice about the hotel, though, was the extra service they provided: free breakfast in the morning, soft drinks available all day, a happy hour with free liquor from 19:00 to 20:30, an evening meal, and even a midnight snack until the rice ran out.
One thing I noticed was that only one staff member spoke English; the others had to use a translator, which made communication a bit slow at times.
