Oh my gosh, where to begin. When I was checking in they were telling the lady in front of me that there wasn't anyone available to fix the broken toilet in her room so her options were to just deal with it (there were no rooms available) or they would refund her money. That should have been a red flag. My bathroom shower was covered in mold. The toilet also did not work but I was able to flush it by taking the top off and pulling up on the flusher bar. The room carpets were filthy. I asked for a toothbrush and they told me they don't give out supplies, the kid at the counter was wearing and most of the outlets in the hotel room didn't work. What a disaster. The only thing good about the hotel is the condition of the lobby and the breakfast quality.
