I had booked a king room online but 1/2 hour before arrival the hotel told me there were no king rooms available. They only had rooms with 2 double beds which I ended up accepting because of the lateness of the day. I had paid for the king and I know this room was less money but found out I had no way to receive refund because the hotel can't do that becuase I had book thru hotels.com. Used this app often but not too happy about this situation and the difficulty in getting a hold of someone to help with this. This I guess is my only way of doing this.
