Check in was terrible as no one was in the office for over 30 minutes of waiting. The ADA room had no remote for the TV. I called the office with no response. After going to the office, was told they would have to find the remote and program it, but they had to go to the store and could not do it now. Two hours later I ran into them in passing and was told they could not find the remote but would try and get me one for the next day. The next morning for breakfast, the food area was not open at the scheduled time and the breakfast was absolutely terrible. It also felt like the staff was guarding to make sure nobody was taking too much food and and made a very uncomfortable to many of the patrons as we discussed with each other. I checked out immediately with it different hotel for the rest of my stay.
