W around 75 stays in 2025, this last one was the least enjoyable.
Loud, toilet could barely flush, shower stayed cold even after running for 10mins

Great hospitality staff, everyone is great but would like to acknowledge the following people who exceed the standard.
GM Geoff (hope that's right) pleasant, capable problem solver. No issue is too big, no task is to minute. Witnessed him perform both with the same pleasant demeanor. Leads by example not by title.
Front Desk - Rebecca knows her job, does it very well and is friendly and efficient
Front Desk- Patricia friendly, professional yet no nonsense and consistent
Front Desk, House keeping, auditor,- Diana the Swiss army knife of Sojourn. Is there anything she can't do? Always working and is the same the 1st hour or 12th hour of her shift, undeniably delightful.
Security- Sean. Not reactive but proactive in keeping guest and their propertysafe. Thank you all
