When we arrived one of our rooms was not ready at check in. We had to wait over an hour. They upgraded the room to a suite yet we had been driving through the early morning hours and preferred to have the room available when it was supposed to be available. There was no hairdryer available with the front desk attendant stating they got rid of them all during the renovation. The microwave in one of our rooms didn't work and the phone didn't work in the other. The worst part was the breakfast area had no food when we came down with the front desk attendant stating that food was being made and to come back. When we came back, the closed breakfast. When the attendant was questioned, she said sorry and to write a complaint. The rooms weren't cheap and I've never experienced this type of service and will not recommend.
