Even when the amenities and aesthetics of this hotel are pretty good. Customer Service is really bad: I booked a pool view room, tried to check in earlier (12:30pm) and the front desk lady said room wasn't ready until 4pm, we left and came back at 4pm, however, room wasn't still ready, waiting 30 min more and to my surprise I was given a WALL view room (picture attached) and just giving the explanation that the hotel was completely booked and didn't have any other room available, even when I explained I was there earlier, and they could at least advise me of the change of rooms, the front desk lady at the time just said: "she was taking the shift and didn't know anything about earlier". In a spite of the terrible service, we decided to stay because we had a whole itinerary planned for the weekend. And sadly, it just got worse, in the middle of the night the A/C wasn't working properly, making the room really hot and when I lower the temperature it started to make a horrible noise that didn't let us sleep the whole night. I contacted Hotels.com and got the pool view extra charge refunded and the hotel didn't a $20 fee they supposed to charge at the hotel, but the bad experience of having to go through all these issues when I only wanted to have a relaxed weekend with my family doesn't really worth the refund. I also advise of the AC malfunctioning in the morning and they just said they'll check on it, to got me thinking that that room wasn't really up to use in the first place
