Not a Happy Customer. Do some Maintenance Work.
We stayed at this location 2 days ago and were disappointed overall. The buffet breakfast was lacking. Ice dish put out for yogurt, but none available. The same for apparently cut fruit. On our stay last night both were available. Took a shower and was adjusting the overhead nozzle when I noticed all of the grime where you are suppose to put your hand to adjust. The light in the bathroom seemed dim so I unscrewed the cover shade and one of the light bulbs was not working. I screwed it in and it worked just fine. Two nights ago the same issue in the bathroom. I assume that housekeeping was to lazy to notice or fix the problem. For a Hampton Hotel I was disappointed in the quality of the linens in the bathroom - something like Motel 6 quality. Your dining room furniture needs to be updated or replaced. One of the tables had a piece of cardboard to stop it from wobbling - just fix the problem or move the table away from the middle of the room. We spent the night before last night in a Hampton in Bedford, NH. Their quality of service and food was much improved to your facility. The door to the hotel this morning was making a terrible racket for each person leaving. Sign on the door says doors are locked until 10 am. Didn't have that problem in Bedford. It appeared a District Manager was present this morning as we were leaving. He was more concerned about the placement of a garbage can than anything else. The elevator makes a racket that says use the stairs.
