I had 2 “not so nice” experiences this weekend.
First, a bedding problem. We were staying in Room 303. When I booked the room, I mentioned there would be 2 adults and 1 kid staying in the room. So, of course, we would use the king-size bed and the sofa bed. But as I was making the bed for my kid, I realized there was only a fitted sheet on the mattress of the sofa bed, but no flat sheet and no blanket.
So I went to the reception to ask for sheets and a blanket, but the receptionist told me there was no blanket available, which is not right since I had specified there would be 3 people in this room.
Second, a cleaning problem. We checked in on Friday, 16th, and on Saturday, 17th, the cleaning lady came and knocked on the door, but we asked her to come back in 10 minutes since we were just about to leave the room for the day. When we came back, around 5 PM, the room had not been cleaned. The beds had not been made, the bins had not been emptied….
So, no, it was not a great experience.
