The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfy and clean and the bathroom was huge compared to some I've had in the past at other hotels. It was a great little place to stay on our way Fort Bragg.j

Super friendly front desk and a delightful room! There's a nice little coffee shop right across the street and food places close enough to walk to.

Our stay was good to excellent. The rooms are being updated. It was quiet, the staff lovely when we needed something. The room was clean and spacious.

Excellent quality for the price. Clean, newly remodeled rooms. The room has a microwave and refrigerator, which was a pleasant surprise since that wasn't mentioned in the Hotels.com listing. WiFi is free and fast. Lots of parking. Window shades make the room nice and dark. Surprisingly quiet, even though it's right on Main Street.

Light in the bathroom did not work, female hair in the shower and other places, sink had sewer smell coming out of it, the walls are thin and I could hear everything.

2/10 - Insatisfatório

I show up at the motel, the office is locked. I ring the doorbell… 5 TIMES… Nobody answers. I tried calling the phone number. Voicemail. I called Hotels.com, they tried to reach the people, no answer. I ended up having to dispute the room with my credit card. Go elsewhere.

Hard to open the shampoo-bags. A second coffee pad would have been great. But very clean and calm.

Stayed on a whim after visiting the casino in town. Cute room. Very nice staff. Very affordable. Thank you we will stay again.

6/10 - Boa

The hotel overall was nice, the challenge is it seems it is all one person running the show and no additional help or staff. The one person was off site, no way to contact and we sat around waiting to check in. Once they arrived they were very nice but they need more than one person to run a hotel. Room was clean and had some decent updating.

If you need a budget motel in this area, this one is perfect. The small, clean, comfortable rooms have all the basics you need. The staff was superb: friendly, helpful, and informative. Will stay again if we pass through this area.

I stayed in a double room. It has a little room inside of it that was perfect for my kids. The staff was very helpful and nice.
