Hotels.com got my booking day wrong. While booking i went back and thought i corrected the dates, but apparently it was not corrected. Got to the hotel and they were booked up. The hotel canceled the stay that was for the next night and did not charge Hotels.com but Hotels.com charged my credit card anyway stating the hotel would not wave the charge. The hotel manager told me that it was canceled and no charges were applied. Very disappointed with Hotels.com. My stay was only for one night and i had to goto a different hotel and pay for that night also. Sent a reply from the email that i received from Hotels.com but i have not received a reply. I will use other hotel booking sights in the future.
By the way the hotel staff was very helpful unlike Hotels.com was.
