I scheduled this room with free cancellation however, when I decided to only stay two nights instead of three I was told that the hotel would not allow me to cancel without losing my reservation for every night due to the hotel being sold out. I tried three times to cancel one night within 6 MONTHS of the reserved dates. I contacted the hotel and was told that it was hotels.com not allowing me to change reservation but when talking to hotels.com I was told it was the hotel not allowing me to change. I don’t know who was taking advantage of the situation but I will be cancelling my hotels.com account and will consider a different hotel next time. Hotel was fine but extremely dissatisfied with both parties.
