Room nice. Kinda noisy and could hear people talking all night. Clean and comfy.
Staff: I have to divide into two. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice as was the young woman who brought me additional towels. Very pleasant. In fact, I left a gift for the young woman (a scarf) because she was so lovely and kind.
The second set of staff were the hotel housekeeper who came to clean my room. She was quite abrupt and made me uncomfortable so I left the room quicker than I would have. The breakfast lady was very uncouth. She was complaining about admin and guests in the middle of the breakfast area to another staff person (who did not look like she wanted to be there). She claimed that hotel did not provide her with enough and that guests were "stealing food for their lunches." As one of those guests who take a yogurt and coffee back with me, it's because I have to take meds with it. I was very offended. In addition the breakfast area was not very clean (being kind). The food was generally cold.
Overall, the stay was nice enough. I just think some staff need some hospitality training
