The hotel boasts an exceptional location right above Namba Subway Station, with Takashimaya and OIOI department stores directly opposite, as well as a Moncler boutique. It's just a short walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The design and architecture of the hotel are highly artistic.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and guests can request to have two single beds joined together. The amenities are comprehensive and of high quality, including a tablet for controlling electronic devices, an air freshener spray, multi-port charging stations, a capsule coffee machine, and Pola and Mikimoto toiletries. Housekeeping and restocking are prompt and efficient.
The staff I encountered provided excellent service—they were warm, proactive, and enthusiastic. The front desk has Chinese-speaking employees, ensuring smooth and effective communication in Chinese, English, and Japanese. The breakfast offers a rich variety of Chinese, Japanese, and Western dishes, with daily menu updates.
During my rushed checkout, staff on the first floor kindly helped us load our luggage into the car.
