This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.
We arrived eager to celebrate with our son, but from the moment we checked in, everything went wrong. The elevators were broken, forcing us to lug our bags up multiple flights of stairs. The ice machines on our floor were also out of order, with no alternatives provided.
When we finally entered our room, we were shocked to find it filthy and completely unprepared.
The sheets were stained, the carpet was grimy and needed vacuuming, and there was visible dirt and dust everywhere. The staff had to clean the room while we waited in the hall —an unacceptable delay at check-in.
Things only went downhill from there. We requested fresh towels several times, yet never received any. Our beds went unmade, trash was never emptied, and housekeeping never showed up at all.
Every interaction with the staff underscored the disorganization of this hotel—plenty of excuses, but no real solutions.
Without question, this was the most disappointing and poorly managed hotel experience I’ve ever had.
