This is a very dated hotel. There was a sign saying the elevators werenāt working the carpet in the halls had all sorts of old stains. The room smelled disgusting. The carpet was gross. The plug in the bathroom wouldnāt hold anything.

No thanks ....
Very rude man at the office desk when we arrived. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he didn't need to be rude. The elevator was broken and the restroom was dirty. We ended up leaving and went to Tru by Hilton down the road. It was like night and day! Go there instead!

The manager was very rude, my room was not very clean, the halls were very dirty. The elevator didnāt work. The lock on my door kept failing I can go on for a long time, but I wonāt.

Not great stay
Staff was great, very friendly, accommodating because power was out. They were awesome and review has nothing to do with them.....room just felt gross. Carpet felt dirty, microwave didn't work. Just a feeling if not clean.

Polite staff but dated hotel.
Omg..... time for an update. The key card maker and elevators were out of service. The lady at the front desk had to walk you to your room to let you in. Supposedly a lightening strike hit their server but that was over a week ago!!! We couldn't cancel because we booked third party and checked in super late bc we were traveling.
The rooms are dated. Old carpet everywhere. Dated lampshades in the rooms. One was broken and another was stained. Pictures online have to be old.

We booked a double bed. They said they were over booked. We ended up with a king and a pull out couch. This not what I booked and their attitude was take it or leave. It was 9:30 @ night so we had no choice.

The carpet in the 1st floor hallway was sopping wet putside pool and made the entire hall smell musty. The room was very dated and also had a very strong musty smell. There were about 8 cop cars at the hotel next door looking in car windows and searching in bushes. Did not feel safe in the area.

Substandard
I arrived and was informed my room was not ready due to a āfull house ā the night before. The clerk then offered the room to me free of charge. I thought this was a great gesture. I did not ask for it, he offered. He told me to return in an hour.
I returned and met the same clerk. He looked at me, looked away, retrieved his phone and walked away without a word. He then returned about two minutes later with his jacket and backpack. He walked past me again without a word and simply walked out. In addition, the female clerk called his name and he ignored her as well.
This gentleman was rude, and disrespectful. This goes well beyond the offer. That was a nice gesture, but it was more about his demeanor and behavior.
The female clerk (Akita) did text me to check on me after check-in and was very pleasant to me. She offered helpful information on my stay. That was appreciated.
I have stayed at this Hampton location several times in the past. I will say this was my worst experience. I doubt if I will stay here again or recommend this location. Besides Akita, the service was substandard.

Very unlike other hamptons that i have stayed in the past. Breakfast options happen to be the worst .
