Never again
My husband stayed here well I was in the hospital getting an operation. The hotel took payment before it was even time to check in. I called and asked why they did this, and they told me it's company policy to make sure they get their money, even if we dont come... I called Wyndham and was told that is not their policy. Payment should be received at check in. When my husband got there, they then charged his credit card for the room. They said my charge was a hold for the room and not payment, and would be returned in a few hours. This was 6 days ago. I am still waiting for my money to come back into my bank account. The hotel was dirty and the staff was not helpful in the slightest. The suites do not have a door, so its actually a bachelor suite. Breakfast was horrible and when asked about the payment well checking out, they told my husband that he can figure it out with his bank. I highly suggest staying at a different hotel. We have made a complaint with Wyndham directly, and they said that they will be investigating the hotel.
