Twelve Knights
Friendly, helpful staff. Room was spacious and comfortable which was great for a dog friendly hotel. Locals in the bar were very friendly also. We enjoyed our stay.

Donāt Stay, Just Donāt.
Dirty beyond ability to be cleaned, poorly maintained,
Black mould in bathroom, curtains hanging off,
Carpet so dirty that felt need to keep shoes on.
Needs a complete refurb. Such a shame as staff were lovely.
Pictures very misleading.

Twelve Knights
Kevin and the team are great, happy to help however they can. The food is very good as are the drinks. The en suite bathroom had a great shower, fluffy clean towels and was nicely laid out. The bed was clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and both agreed the only thing to change were some of the carpets. We didn't sleep, eat or shower on the carpets though, so it wasn't a game changer. We would definitely stay again, thank you Kevin and the whole team.

Progress needed
My room was of a good size, however the cleanliness skirting boards was poor.
The room would benefit with a lot more power points for charging.

Great manager dont think anything would be a problem if you asked great staff aswell.
Clean linen and hot water after a days work. Its a budget hotel so dont expect the ritz bedrooms just need a refresh but ive stayed for another week. Food is very good and HOT. Overall great.

Cannot beleave you would pay that amount of money to stay here . Dirty dated would like a refund on this property. It is the worst place l have ever stayed in . I have traveled around the country a lot not fit to advertise this place . So So disappointed havnt slept all night as of the surroundings.

A lovely overnight stop off on our road trip through Wales. The owner and staff were friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again if we are travelling this way

Amazing place
Twelve nights is amazing place to go the landlord and his mum and all staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome.
The food was amazing breakfast and evening meal we will differently be going bk

Cold at night
Stay was ok , the staff were nice and friendly but they turn the central heating of at night so you freeze your bloody ass off at night and when I mentioned it on booking out they said i should have told them and they would have provided a fan heater.,, ( well, I'm sorry but if I am staying in a hotel that has Central heating, why don't you leave it on? I shouldn't have to ask for a fan heater. Or any other heater. ???)

Booked two rooms at this hotel some weeks in advance as my band was performing in Swansea. I was notified that my payment had been declined two days before the stay (even though payment would ostensibly be taken on arrival). I updated my payment details and paid for one room through the portal but payment for the second room couldnāt be taken so I called the hotel. They informed me I could just pay on arrival as originally stated. However, two hours later, they took full payment from my card. I was willing to overlook this but the shambles had just started.
I completed the āonline check inā form the day before my stay. On the day itself, we caught an Uber to the hotel at 3am (at a cost of Ā£30) only to find the doors to the hotel firmly locked, with no buzzer or intercom. The lights inside the bar were on but there was no-one to be seen. I called the hotel repeatedly for at least 10 minutes with no answer. We werenāt getting in and unbelievably had to call another Uber, wait in the rain for 15 minutes with no shelter and then head back into Swansea where I was forced to pay Ā£250 for a further two rooms at a Premier Inn.
Absolute shambles. Expecting a refund.
