The staff is friendly and the room was clean, but the cost of parking is outrageous (~25% of the room cost!). I guess my fault for not going any further than “onsite parking”. I should’ve know the additional cost could be buried but most hotels don’t charge for parking when you’re already paying to stay at their establishment. I also had a coffee pot that didn’t work and the one they gave me to replace it wasn’t the same pot, so the coffee pod tray didn’t fit in it - which I didn’t realize until it was too late because even tho it had a start button on it that I had not pressed yet, it started spewing hot water the second I plugged it in and when I rushed to put the tray in, the slot was too short. I had to stand there and hold it in place while the steam burned my hand… good room, not good experience. They did offer a $25 food voucher when I complained about the cost of parking, but honestly hotel food isn’t really my thing and after the coffee incident I just couldn’t wait to leave.
