The check-in was terrible. I received two cards. Neither would open the door. Returning to the registration desk, I was told it would take five minutes to get some help. Then I was told to go to the room. A technician was able to open the door. He said he would recharge the battery.
Later, I went to have dinner at Tavernonna [which was terrific]. I returned to my room. Again, neither card would open the door. So I returned again to the registration desk. They told me to return to my room. A different technician was able to get one key to work. He said he would recharge the battery.
What a frustrating experience.
