Hotel was great other than they were renovating at the time and no elevator or pool. But when my husband had a stroke our 2nd day there, they reimbursed me for my third night cause i had to check out to be with him. Very appreciative.

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE
Elevator out of order.
Pool out of order.
Old TV without just cable channels. No steaming to log into.
Tv color messed up.
Stains on the comforter and shower curtain.
Dead bugs in the corner.
Mini fridge frozen up but not cold.
Breakfast served until 10 but out of hot food by 9.

Terrible
I paid $170 for a run down hotel with pool construction. Needs upgrades. The furniture was stained up. I heard 2 Jamaican employees arguing about how the hotel needs renovating lol. Donāt book this place! Itās not a Hampton quality hotel, and the breakfast sucks

Poor overall condition
The pool was closed. The elevator was broken. The oven was broken so no hot breakfast items other than waffles. The place is a general mess.

Disappointing
The lobby and the room itself was clean. The receptionist was friendly and gave us extra pillows and a blanket for the sofa bed. However, the entire reason we booked the hotel was so the kids could swim. Upon check-in, we learned that the pool was under renovations as well as the elevator. My mother was with us and she does not manage stairs well, however, we made it work. Breakfast was mediocre. No hot breakfast available, except make it yourself waffles, but there was no syrup out until someone asked for it and even then, it was over 20 minutes before that was brought out. Overall, a huge disappointment for $150 stay.

Elevator does not work. No refrigerator in the room, thank heaven I grabbed a small cooler to take with me. It rained, TV went out, Internet went out. Key cards stopped working several times.

A Poor Experience
Floors were very dirty; toilet paper holders were broken; not all lamps had bulbs; Window did not close and made a/c work overtime; door did not latch securely unless slammed shut; construction dust and debris was poorly cleaned up in hallway; ābreakfastā was meager and hot serving dish never seemed to be filled; no tissue available in hotel.

Pook not working
The main reason to chose this hotel was the pool and it was closed on Sunday. The filters were not working and the mantainence people couldn“t fix it. I would like to get a refund, please.
Not sure this property is up to Hampton Inn standards.
Dripping tub faucet, no amenities to purchase (Tylenol or ibuprofen). Was awaken by demo tile job of unit directly accross hall that had no door on it.

Easy walk to several dining options. Pet friendly. Cheerful reception. American flag in terrible shape. Not important to everyone, but it is way past retirement.

Take photos of the room before leaving
Arrived at this hotel at 2am in the morning. Left the hotel at before 7am for business. Itās only for small 5 hours. Our credit card was charged $250 dollars for alleging us stolen pillows and beddings. We called the hotel why we are charged at first they said we are smoking in the room and then changed the story and said we stole pillows and beddings. We never gotten any results for the complaint we made.

My previous stay in New Jersey was about the same
