The room stunk with smell of chemical. When I reported they said they have no other room available. They said the smell of chemical coming out of the carpet that they have sprayed with chemicals. We stayed out of the room most of the time. We were at the front desk and requested to make a local call since I did not have the local sim card. They told me to go back to my room and make the charge call. When at the desk there were many people hanging out with cell phones could have helped us make the important call. Left and right side of the hotel entrance was full of filth. The hotel management did not care how right outside the hotel looks. The breakfast bar did not have enough healthy choice. The menu was tired and boring. I paid about 180 dollars per night for a room for two two nights. They hiked up the price since there was a marriage day for locals. Overall the hotel lacked leadership and employees did not take pride in their job. I will not return to this hotel and most likely stay at the taj at the city center two location.
