This had a 9.4 when I booked it, and was probably the first time I've been disappointed with a hotel with that kind of rating. On one hand, its very quaint and nice, definitely unique, nicely decorated, and had a good atmosphere.
But the lack of amenities was a problem for me. There was no coffee/hot water kettle in the room (but they did have an ironing board?!). The room was very cold at night, with no thermostat for me to adjust. To make matters worse, there is no one at the front desk after around 7, so since I arrived later in the evening, there was no one to ask for help.
Serving breakfast would be very nice, but they only will serve it between 8:15 and 9:30 - which are pretty limited hours. On the one day that I did get the breakfast, it was fabulous.
