This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We reserved two rooms in a back building that resembled a neglected military barrack—far removed from anything shown in the online photos.
The pool was crowded with non-guests blasting loud music, and the parking lot felt unsafe, with homeless individuals lingering nearby. Both rooms were filthy: the beds were heavily stained and rock-hard, and the only furniture consisted of a battered round table and two mismatched chairs that looked like they’d been salvaged from a school dumpster.
One toilet was missing its tank lid and sprayed water when flushed. A sliding glass door in one room wouldn't close properly, compromising both safety and privacy. We were so uncomfortable and appalled that we left immediately to book another hotel.
When we requested a refund, we were directed to email the manager. Her response? No refund, claiming the rooms had been "used"—despite our clear explanation that we hadn’t stayed due to the conditions. We then reached out to the corporate office but received no support. Even direct outreach to corporate leadership was met with silence.
⚠️ Believe the negative reviews. Any positive feedback must be from staff or from guests with extremely low expectations. This property is a total misrepresentation—and a serious safety concern.
