The rooms are extremely noisy due to the outdated HVAC system—it feels like being on a plane all night, making it very difficult to rest. In addition, there is constant noise from plumbing pipes, with the sound of running water throughout the entire stay. There was also an unidentified motor noise that persisted day and night.
Although the hotel offered to change our room, we were informed that all available rooms had similar noise issues, which indicates a systemic problem rather than an isolated case.
Furthermore, we specifically chose this hotel because valet parking was advertised as free. However, upon arrival, we were told that while parking is free, the vehicle cannot be accessed or used until checkout. This condition was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. We stayed for six days and rented a car based on the understanding that valet parking was fully usable, making this restriction both impractical and misleading.
Overall, this experience reflects serious shortcomings in both facility conditions and guest communication. The hotel requires significant upgrades to its infrastructure, as well as a stronger and more competent management team, including better oversight from individuals such as Imran, to ensure guest expectations are properly managed and met. We claimed the parking fee and still negotiating with hotels.com
