Do not stay here
Letās start this off with saying that parking is a nightmare and itās insane that we paid so much money for this hotel only to be charged additional for parking. The elevator ride down the lobby and up to our room was something straight out of final destination. We arrived 30 minutes before check in and was told that the room wasnāt ready which is okay! So we waited only to be put in a room that had a bathroom under renovation. Thankfully Dorris from housekeeping was there to save the day! She was the only helpful employee and the only person to ever smile at us during our stay. We got our rooms switched with her help. We start to settle into our new room only to find that we canāt cast to our tv like we could in the previous room. We called front desk for help and no one answered. We walked back down to the lobby after being exhausted from our 7 hour road trip only to be gaslit by Eric. He said that the hotel doesnāt do that there but the option was on the tv and had just worked in our old room. He said he would send maintenance up to help and they finally arrived after 2 hours and told us that they were working on it. The tv did not get fixed. The live tv also did not work. This was the worse hotel Iāve stayed at. The la Quinta motel in Austin was better than this and my sister was almost kidnapped there. I do not recommend this hotel.
