Room was spacious but balcony space was very disappointing. Very small.
Also, we wanted a ground-level room, near an outside exit door because we had our dogs with us. I booked online, and then called the hotel to verify we were in a ground floor room due to our dogs. We were assured we were on the 'ground' floor, but when we got there, all rooms on the ground floor were actually on the 2nd floor due to underground parking. We were in the rear of the building, and had to walk down a very long hallway just to get to an exit door, and either go out and around the front of the building, or go down a flight of stairs. Then the 'designated dog area' outside was around to the side of the hotel property, which required another walk to get to where the dogs were allowed to relieve themselves. This situation was very disappointing, and made the stay more stressful than relaxing.
