Our stay was terrible. There were like 10 baseball teams staying there. The noise started at 6 am and went till well after midnight. Kids running up and down the hallways screaming and yelling. Kids pushing elevator buttons on every floor. Playing and laying around in the lobby. Throwing water bottles and chasing each other. I complained so many times and no results. Asked if every once in a while a hotel person could walk the hallways and nothing. I talked to numerous people in the elevators that felt the same way. Not one of these kids was supervised. It is bad enough that sound travels thru the center of the hotel but this was unacceptable. So much for our enjoyable weekend. There are signs that say quiet hours are after 10pm but if no one is willing to enforce it or come out from behind the desk to see what is really going on that what use are the signs. We will never stay here again and would suggest no one else should. I understand they are kids after after complaining numerous time and getting no assistance that is what prompted my review.
