Decepcionante

Esse hotel realmente é decepcionante. Atendentes ríspidos e mau humorados. Café da manhã era literalmente café. Depois que pedimos alguma comida, o atendente veio com 6 fatias de pão de forma e manteiga (éramos 3 pessoas). Todo o hotel tinha muito cheio de cigarro, não foi feita limpeza, troca de toalhas e retirada do lixo ao longo de 4 diárias. Pedimos uma toalha (só tinha 2 no nosso quarto pra 3 pessoas) e gritaram comigo dizendo que não tinham mais toalhas.

The only positive I can say about the red lion Motel is the bed was comfortable. There is no breakfast with this particular room/reservation. Very unclean, dirty smelled of weed and garbage the whole time. The door in our room was coming out of his frame. There was no garbage can in the room whatsoever. And there is not even any hand soap like most hotels have and garbage cans too.

There was a literal roach that fell from the ceiling onto our pizza box. Looks theree is. Prostitution ring being ran outside. The entire "hotel" smelled like old garbage.

They false advertise online. It says in the about the property outdoor pool and pet friendly. We drove 6 hours to this hotel and there is no outdoor pool and also has a sign on the door that says no pets or smoking. The entire building smelt of smoke and weed and there was people smoking while doing laundry. Not a place I would recommend. More so seems like people are actually living there

The hotel workers was good customer services but the hotel was not good. The rooms smelled and in one the table was broke. Let dirty towels hanging in the restroom.

Let's just say, the roaches can stay there because I'll never go back again. Literally had roaches crawling on the sink area. Shower curtain had mold on it. Hallway carpet all stained. Our room number was written on the door with a marker. The people hanging around outside of the building didnt make it feel like a safe area. No breakfast like it says there is. Said they weren't doing breakfast right now. We could hear the people above us all night long, sounded like they were dropping bowling balls all the time. Just a nasty place all together.

There was no hand soap in the room. When I went to the front desk, all they had was body wash. Better than nothing, having to ask for that... The location was close to what I was looking for. The front desk was professional.

Owner very rude and he wanted to tell me book and pay in person so he could make all the money. The place is dirty and over priced. It had roaches and they didnt even have soap the cheap free ones to wash your hands . Then he wanted me to leave out everyday from 11 to 3 for from cleaning and I had a booking for a week. They didnt clean my room either or take trash out. Avoid staying here if you can Owner very money hungry.

The pictures were deceiving. Hallways were filthy carpets stained throughout, Bathroom in the room was dirty. Front desk was not manned. Had to call a number any time we needed someone to show up. No AC on in the lobby, in August in MO, while waiting for someone to come help. Beds in the room were ok, but did not give "clean" vibes. We literally just needed somewhere to sleep after a concert before heading back home, so it functioned, but it did not feel clean at all. At check out, they literally took my room key and went and checked the room to make sure we had not stolen any linens or done damage to anything, it was not the greatest feeling after a brief stay. Would not choose to go back.
