I rarely post reviews and almost never post a suboptimal review. However, I want to share my experience with other visitors. Although I could list a litany of issues, I will be relatively brief
Our room cost over $600/night. We arrived, no water was left for us and no place in the immediate vicinity. Eventually received some bottles. Unbeknownst to us, the refrigerator was not working. Our Lobster we placed in there upon arrival. Lost. Went to ice machine. Not working. Our front door, despite being locked, spontaneously flew open twice, frightening my girlfriend immensely. The coup d gras. The plumbing was abysmal. Our toilet was able to muster an anemic flush. Would not clear the bowl. A very embarrassing and, frankly, disgusting situation that remained for the entirety of our stay
Finally, check in time is 4:00P and check out times 11:00A. My girlfriend and I arrived around 4:30. Got situated and was ready to explore. No chance. Most every activity, including the pools and the game room closed at 6 P. Wasted day. The following morning asked for a late checkout, met with an arrogant refusal
When I spoke to a representative from guest services, Natalia?, her response was flippant, insincere and without a single assumption of responsibility. A very poor reflection on the overall staff.
