Terrible experience!! We didn't receive the room we paid for. They said the picture I saw when selecting our room was just a random picture of somewhere in the hotel and they had no upgrades available. Everything was dark, dingy and worn down. Our rooms curtains were falling down, and there were multiple droplets of blood on the wall near our room. They "upgraded" us to the "premium" side (upgrades we were told they didn't have initially). The room was bigger, but we immediately noticed MORE blood on the wall near the mirror! We searched for other hotels, but because of the large event we were there for there was nothing available to fit our family within 40 minutes. The front desk apologized several times and moved our room again. We walked into room #3 and noticed 2 more drops near the mirror. We couldn't believe this was actually happening. Half the lights weren't working, so it wasn't as obvious to our younger children. All 3 rooms also had large stains on the carpet and chairs.The bed sheets and linens seemed clean, but we brought our own sheets and pillows based on pictures we saw of the hotel. We couldn't wait to get our family out of there. My youngest was pretty freaked out. We all were.
