The view for this property was absolutely amazing. We also appreciated being allowed in to the home approximately an hour before check-in time.
The same thing we appreciated (the view) also led to allowing hundreds of mosquitoes to join us overnight. We are partially at fault for allowing waterfront windows to remain open for an unobstructed view later into darkness than we should have, but feel there’s more that could be done to prevent these pests from coming into the home (we saw many properties along The Strand with doors and windows wide open and inquired on their mosquitos… but we seem to be the only ones that received dozens of bites each while we slept). There were multiple insect plug-ins, but they did not seem to be functioning. Otherwise it was a nice stay in a somewhat dated property - possibly reflected in the price. Instructions for usage of the coffee pod machine would have been beneficial (even our MacGyver’s could not figure it out!).
