I checked in first day no problem. Then the second day my key stops working and so I figure no big deal maybe it got demagnetized. I go to the front desk to ask for another key and the person at the front desk first asks me if I'm sure I have the right room. I tell them I'm sure, I can see my stuff in the room through the window. They tell me to double check. I do anyway even though I know it's the right room. Come back down to the lobby and confirm it'. They then tell me they have no record of me in their system, even though I can see the computer screen and literally can see the scan of my ID on there... They tell me my room is registered under a Ricardo... There's NOTHING on my ID that could be mistaken for Ricardo, but they lie and say it probably just got scanned in wrong...
