Not recommended for unexperienced or faint hearted travelers. After waiting for over one hour to be picked up at the airport, the van driver called me asking to wait for him at the departures level, in an area other than the one designated for the courtesy vans. Once at the agreed spot, an old and unmarked minivan driven by a weird young guy shows up claiming to be the hotel shuttle. Due to the fatigue of a long trip and the late night hour, I took the risk and boarded that empty car alone. On the 20+ minutes drive to the hotel, the van leaves the highway at a certain point and enters a desert dark road in the woods with nothing but closed warehouses and abandoned commercial areas. After long minutes of fear and apprehension, I could finally see the sign in the distance the sign of a gas station and the hotel logo right behind. Even for a seasoned traveler, this was one of those rare opportunities where I really feared for my safety. Staff ok but overall experience was very poor.

Hotel bem silencioso. Camas confortƔveis. Local com muitas opƧƵes de restaurantes. Recomendo para poucos dias e passagem rƔpida.

Hotel quebra galho
Chegamos na madrugada e a atendente Bianca foi a mais grosseira e mal educada atendente que ja vimos .
Chegamos simpaticos , nao fizemos nada para merecer aquele atendimento.
Pessimo, lugar sujo .

Never again
This place is barely viable. It is very old, rundown, and bare minimum. Although the hotel advertise itself as a 100% no smoking, the room was a stack of smoke as if the previous guest left out 15 minutes before I got in there and just got finished smoking. This left my bag in the majority of the clothes within it smelling like 50 cigarettes. I understand the saying you get what you pay for, but this went way beyond that the room is economical, but why does that have to allude to near-inhabitable quality? If there is some sort of hotel inspector for each state, they need to visit that hotel location ASAP. I will never stay here again. I truly hope they get shut down.

Dirty and unprofessional
This hotel room dirty except for the lobby. The reception was almost nonexistent. Dirty curtains in the room, broken mini fridge, beds were smaller than queen sized, bathroom tub was disgusting, storage room open door with broken equipment inside in the hallway, elevator barely works, and there was no way to find a stairwell. That bathtub was so dirty in 320 we didnāt even shower since we were only staying one night. I was also charged a surprise $60 deposit that wasnāt included in the reservation once I got there. I had to swipe my card twice. I heard them charging someone else a $100 deposit when I walked past reception to leave at one point. They kept the deposit without any reason behind it. There was also no parking and everyone had their cars parked any type of way in the parking lot. Iāll never be staying there again on my next visit to Atlanta or recommending.

Quality Inn, Atlanta airport East
It was a family event. Part of the reason I chose this hotel was due to the pool, which was not filled, the coffee machine at the breakfast area did not work all four days and there was no intent on fixing it. Overall cleanliness was certainly an issue.

Well Below Satisfactory!!
Traveled to ATL for the weekend for the Phillies game. Picked the hotel for the breakfast, pool and price.
Breakfast- only a few selections, and couldnāt be taken back to the room to my son. Was told I would be charged the $60 deposit if I did.
Pool- is there, but no water. Was advised by the front desk they donāt advertise a pool, but itās clearly on the site.
ATL got rain/storms earlier in the day and when we finally got to the hotel and room, the popcorn ceiling texture was falling in the room, the floor by the AC was soaked. When we packed up to leave in the morning, there were bugs crawling on the wall.
When we presented this to the front desk, he said he would advise his manager to see what they could do, meanwhile documenting nothing on the system.

Not a terrible place, the room was questionable. The window curtains had stains near the AC, the shower curtains were stained and had a lot of dark spots, the bath tub was questionable in terms of cleanliness. But it was close to the place I needed to be and so I couldnāt complain with the convenience.

Smelly shuttle van (skunk-like smell). Unfriendly staff (no name tags neither manager's name on plate). We arrived early and the place to leave our bags was an open conference room (which was holding a meeting when we came back). The guy at the front desk offered to let us in to our room, if we pay 30 extra dollars. My first key didn't open and had to go back and get another one. The door was really hard to open, I had to push it really hard and slam it to close it. The bathroom must be cleaned with vinegar and the smell stayed all day long. The pool was closed and no warning of this, considering the temperature was 83 degrees it would've been nice, dispite it was a small pool. The TV gave a "No signal" message EVERY time we turned it on. The guy who came to help with it, had to go through settings and hit the selection input at the right tine, and repeat the proces (several times) until stopping in the right input. It took like 10 minutes to do it). Basic breakfast variety, no eggs, just bacon, coffee, bread mandarines, apples, oat, yogurt. Definitely a place I won't be back.
